Migration and the Contemporary Mediterranean: Shifting Cultures in Twenty-First-Century Italy and Beyond, edited by Claudia Gualtieri, was launched on Friday 25 January at The Oxford Research Centre in the Humanities (TORCH).
Volume editor Claudia Gualtieri (University of Milan) was joined by Elleke Boehmer (Professor of World Literature in English at Oxford) and Maeve Moynihan and Lena Hart (both MSt students in Migration Studies at Oxford) for an insightful discussion of this groundbreaking, interdisciplinary volume on migration.
The book is a new publication in the TORCH Race and Resistance Programme‘s book series, Race and Resistance Across Borders in the Long Twentieth Century, published by Peter Lang.
Thank you to TORCH for the warm welcome and buffet lunch!
