Book launch: ‘Tickling the Palate’

Mac Con Iomaire cover ‘Tickling the Palate’: Gastronomy in Irish Literature and Culture, edited by Máirtín Mac Con Iomaire and Eamon Maher, will be launched at 6pm on Wednesday 4 June. The launch will take place as part of the second Dublin Gastronomy Symposium, to be held at the School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology, Dublin Institute of Technology, Cathal Brugha Street, Dublin 1.
